Danny Stevens was our service representative and we couldn’t be happier with his knowledge of the roofing products and customer service. He was helping us from the first call to our Insurance carrier and meeting him at the house all the way to the completed project, including making sure our yard area was cleaned up after the roofers were completed. His team of Roofer’s were so good in what they do, my wife and I bought them all lunch the day of the project to show our appreciation. I would recommend and use 3JM and Dan for any future projects on our home in a heart beat!!!

Danny was great to work with! He negotiated with our Insurance company to be sure that we got the max covered and taken care of. He made sure that all of the finishes color matched pre-existing materials to make the new blend with the old seamlessly and made sure that all of our roofing/gutter concerns were met. After my HOA couldn’t even give me a call back about a severe roof leak into my attic, Rick and his team literally returned my call in MINUTES upon my direct call to them. They were at my home the next morning and took pictures of this HUGE hole in the roof, RIGHT above my attic!! They repaired it IMMEDIATELY!!! I cannot express how comforting it was to NOT be terrified, laying awake in bed during heavy rain last night. I LOVE RICK AND HIS TEAM!!! They will take AMAZING care of you!! I’m glad they cared about me more than my HOA does.

Leo of 3JM worked with me and my insurance company to have my roof replaced from wind/hail damage. Leo’s crew did a fine job. Pulled all old roofing off, replaced several rotted boards and added extra ventilation to prevent future moisture rot. Leo was fantastic. His follow up was incredible. His approach is sincere and relaxed and always responded to our needs. We had the job performed in late fall and he followed up with me twice during winter and spring to make sure we were satisfied and took care of a flashing need we discovered when the spring rains hit. The project manager, Leo, patiently walks you through the entire process so you never feel overwhelmed or lost. Even after the job was done, he happily came back out and reattached a cap that blew off in a storm. I am thankful we worked with them and would highly recommend them to our neighbors, family, and friends.
